I spent over 12 years in the TESOL field, starting as an EFL teacher in Seoul, South Korea, before spending over 11 years with an Intensive English Program as a classroom teacher, Academic Director, and Director of Curriculum Development. 

Now transitioning to the field of instructional design, I create learning solutions rooted in learning theory and tailored to the audience. Whether I am producing a job aid, building a facilitated workshop, designing a course, or developing an eLearning module, my goal is to help people thrive by bridging knowledge and skill gaps through approachable, engaging, and effecting learning solutions.
